High altitude cycling world record attempt

I spent 2,5 months in China. Although I cycled only a few kilometers, it was famous time in spectacular nature among interesting people and situations. Here are also lot of information about high altitud cycling WR, which we didn't break.

North Europe without sunny nights

In June 2001 I started with my cousin for journey to North Europe. We cycled by tandem bike through Poland, Baltic states, Finland, crossed Artic Circle and than back to Czech rep. through Sweden, Denmark, Germany and again Poland. We spent on the road 89 days and cycled 6713 km.

Lowlands around Váh river in Slowakia, pusty in Hungary, fabulous capital of Austria Wien and wineyards in South Moravia.

It could seem like a short uninteresting trip to Hungary, but for me and my two friends it was huge expedition. The reason? Simple! First trip...

This 2nd trip to Slowakia was a start of longer tradition. We had snow up to knee but never over our mind.

The third eastern cycling trip. We saw lot of ruins of castles around Vah river and we slept inside of them sometimes. Really famous atmosphere.

SWEDEN 05/2002
I cycled on very old road bike to Malilla in south Sweden to visit expedition team which will go to China. Poland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden with around 160km per day and back from Trelleborg by hitchhiking with czech truck.

Next time through Eastern to Slowakia. Very nice suny weather, but only three person.
